Who can purchase from this site?
Any medical patient that is aged 19 years and older, and resides in Canada, is welcome to order from our site. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please see all the FAQs for additional information.
Is BuddhaTime trustworthy?
We truly understand how each client is different and wants or needs our products for individual reasons. We would like to provide access to safe, quality, medicinal products for each and every client. We strive to give you service that is smooth and easy and accessible so that you feel comfortable and at ease that you’re in good hands. We want to satisfy each and every client and recognize that there are situations that aren’t ideal when buying these types of products – therefore our goal is to deliver top notch product and service easily and efficiently for each client and we do this by completing each order with the premium attention so that we can ensure your repeat business again and again.
Are order pick ups allowed?
Unfortunately, we can not offer this due to the intricacies of our online system and the products we offer. We can only accept online payments which are instant and easy through e-transfers and we ship all our products through Canada Post.
Are mass orders allowed?
Well it depends on the amount really. Quantities that are larger than what is listed on our site can be placed in multiple orders. You can also try email us at[email protected] and we can try and help you..
What types of payment methods are acceptable on your site?
At this time, we are accepting PayPal Money Transfers and e-transfers.
Once payment is received, what next?
It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your payment to be received and processed by the bank. Once it has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation and we will send you a tracking number as soon as the shipment is on its way to you. Orders which have a value of over $300 are also upgraded to the “Signature Required” option in their shipping – at no additional cost to you.
How are your products packaged and shipped out?
All our shipments will arrive in an unmarked plain box and all the contents inside are vacuum sealed. For extra peace of mind, once again orders that are $300 + will automatically be upgraded to the extra shipping option of “Signature Required” for free, so that it’s not simply left on your doorstep.
What if I have a problem with my order or product?
We always aim to get it right but if there’s any issues, you can simply contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it. We answer our emails in a timely manner and you will hear back from us quickly. Our goal is to do what we can to make your order right and make you happy so we will quickly address your concerns and resolve them.
If I place an order but don’t send the payment, what happens?
We will hold on to each order until we receive the confirmed payment. Once that happens, your order is filled and shipped to you. If an order is not paid within 24 hours, we will assume the order is no longer needed and it will be cancelled.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If you open your exterior packaging envelope and notice an item is missing inside, please DO NOT open the contents inside or break the vacuum seal pack on the interior items. A photo of the UNOPENED interior packaging is required, as well as the OPENED exterior package. If the interior seals are broken on the interior packages, unfortunately the product will have to be treated as delivered and the order complete.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes we claim taxes. At the checkout the price includes tax, 5% GST and 7% PST on all orders to BC. 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI. 13% HST to Ontario. 8% RST + 5% GST to Manitoba. 9.975% QST + 5% GST to Quebec. 6% PST + 5% GST to Saskatchewan. 5% GST to Alberta.

Questions About Shipping and Canada Post

How will my shipment be packaged?
We guarantee that every package we sent is done so in a discreet way. We vacuum seal all the interior contents of your package so there is no worry of any odour – and it keeps it fresh too. These vacuum-sealed items are then put into another interior wrapper and inserted into either a box or bubble-padded envelope. The end product has no markings of any kind and looks like a nondescript plain package.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All our packages are sent from inside British Columbia and the amount of travel time before it gets to you really depends on where you are located. Generally, packages will take 2 – 3 business days to arrive in urban areas and between 5 – 8 business days in rural areas. For an additional cost, we do offer Priority shipping and this will ensure your package arrives in less time. Once you have placed your order and it is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number that will enable you to track your package on the Canada Post website. Please remember that shipping times aren’t always 100% guaranteed and other factors can play a role in when a package arrives. For that reason, once it has left our facility, we can’t be held responsible for any additional delays by Canada Post and can’t offer compensation for late shipments. Any order with a $300+ value will automatically be upgraded to a “Signature Required” shipping option free of charge.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Sorry but we don’t currently offer shipping outside of Canada.
What if I never receive my order?
Please allow for an additional couple of days for your order to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within 2 – 3 days after it’s supposed to, please contact us and we will launch a trace of it with Canada Post. Once that happens, Canada Post will investigate and this may take up to 5 business days. If the package is located, it will be shipped to you and you will receive it within a few days. If for some reason, it can’t be recovered by them, we will happily send you a one time replacement package (for up to $125) at no cost to you. Postal delay refunds are not refundable due to postal issues which are out of our control. A “Signature Required” shipping option will automatically be added to any order with a value of $300 or above.
My package is showing as “delivered” but I have not received it. What do I do?
This can happen for one of two reasons:

1. The package was put into the wrong mailbox, OR
2. Sometimes postal workers will scan all of their day’s packages ahead of time and this will cause their packages to show as “delivered” but then still have to spend the day actually delivering them.

If you do not receive your package within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please let us know and we will file a trace with the Post Office. Canada Post will investigate and this may take up to 5 business days. If the package is located, it will be shipped to you and you will receive it within a few days. If for some reason, it can’t be recovered by them, we will happily send you a one time replacement package (for up to $125) at no cost to you.

The Canada Post investigation to trace your package involves them contacting the addressee to see how they generally receive their mail and to properly understand if all avenues have been checked in regards to the receiving of packages. In other words, checking with a front desk, security or mail room or community mailbox or even around the property to see if the package was left in a secure area or mailbox attached to a home.

Is your “free shipping” option shipped with Xpresspost?
Yes our free shipping is done with Xpresspost.
What if my package appears to going to the wrong direction when I track it?
If it appears that your order is headed the wrong way when you track it online, it could very likely be due to a Canada Post error. On occasion, human errors can happen when the postal codes are entered into the system by a postal worker. it only take one letter or number to be off and this can cause mistakes in routing and unfortunate delays of an extra day or two.
My tracking number isn’t working on the Canada Post tracking system, what do I do?
It takes a short time from when you receive your tracking number to when it has been scanned by the post office. Please wait until at least the end of the day when you receive your tracking number to try and track your package. If you still can’t track your package the day AFTER you receive your tracking number, please contact us at —— and we will happily look into this for you.
Do you ship to Northern Quebec or Nunavut?
Thefts are high in these areas unfortunately. Due to this, we can not guarantee that your item will arrive to you as expected. We like to be accommodating but we can’t be held responsible for any stolen items unfortunately.
Do you offer a “Signature Required” shipping option?
If you would like your package shipped with a “Signature Required” shipping option, then please let us know in the NOTES when placing your order. This is especially recommended in high theft areas so you can be assured to receive your package in hand. A “Signature Required” shipping option will AUTOMATICALLY be added to any order with a value of $300 or above at no extra charge.
When will be package be shipped?
All orders that have been placed and paid for by 9AM PST will be shipped out by the end of the following day. If your order is fulfilled (placed and paid) after 9AM PST, it will be shipped within 2 business days. For orders placed on weekends, we will confirm your order just prior to or directly on Monday morning. Once it is confirmed, you will receive your tracking number and order confirmation by the end of the following day.
What are the fees for shipping?
Shipping fees will vary depending on region. You can use our “Calculate Shipping” tool in your shopping cart for a precise estimate. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99 and these will be shipped via Xpresspost. All our orders are shipped via Xpresspost but we also offer Priority shipping. If you would like to upgrade, you are able to do this during checkout. For orders placed with a value of $300 or more, a “Signature Required” shipping option will AUTOMATICALLY be added at no extra charge.
